We’ve revamped our CSA to better work for you!
The traditional CSA model, Community Supported Agriculture, connects people to farms through a contract between the Member and Farmer. The Member pays for their share at the beginning of the season helping the Farmer afford costly early-season expenses. The Member then receives a weekly share through the duration of the season. The CSA is a chance for you to choose, know and invest in the farms that grow your food; in return you receive the freshest produce and items that can’t be found in common grocery stores. Being a CSA Member helps support your farmer, sustain local farm lands, and keeps your money circulating locally.
Mycoterra Farm has revamped it’s CSA format to work better for our customers and market staff. We now sell “Mushroom Club Cards” redeemable at any of our markets. We have them in $80 or $140 denominations with $5-valued punch boxes. It breaks down to the same value as our prior CSA, but it offers more flexibility. You get 18 boxes(2 free pints/$10 savings) for the $80 card and 32 boxes (4 free pints/$20 savings) for the $140 card. Mushroom Club Card holders can select the mushrooms any amount of any variety of mushrooms desired each week at any of our market locations. It’s not a problem if you want more, less, or skip a week. You can also purchase any of our other items with The Mushroom Club Card. The card is available year round and can be redeemed at any of our market locations. See our website for current and upcoming markets. We accept cash, check or credit card.
