Oyster Mushrooms are perhaps one of the most widely consumed mushrooms worldwide. Mycoterra Farm produces several different species of oyster mushrooms including Blue Oyster, Pink Oyster, Yellow Oyster, and the hybrid “black pearl oyster”.
Our Oyster mushrooms are grown on hardwood sawdust supplemented with organic soy hulls. Our selection varies with the seasons, with pink, yellow, and phoenix oysters flourishing in the summer months, and the blue, black pearl, and “snow white” oyster dominating winter production.
